CONCESSION SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Bounce & Beyond LLC may provide an attendant to operate concession equipment and distribute items such as popcorn, cotton candy, and/or snow cones during the scheduled service period.
The Renter understands that concession items may contain or come into contact with common food allergens. Bounce & Beyond LLC does not guarantee that any concession item is allergen-free. It is the responsibility of the Renter, parent, guardian, and/or guest to notify Bounce & Beyond LLC of known food allergies or dietary restrictions and to determine whether a concession item is appropriate for consumption.
The Renter acknowledges and voluntarily accepts the ordinary risks associated with consuming concession foods and beverages.
Bounce & Beyond LLC will use reasonable care when operating concession equipment and handling concession items.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Renter agrees that Bounce & Beyond LLC shall not be responsible for illness, allergic reactions, or other food-related incidents except to the extent caused by Bounce & Beyond LLC’s negligence or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult while receiving or consuming concession items.
By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Concession Service Acknowledgment.
